I just thought I'd write to say a big thanks to you both for all your help and assistance last week.
The hire of your motorhome was an effortless joy - and our week was made all the better by the personal touch that both of you provided to us at the start and the end of our holiday. Your attention to detail is a credit to you both - and your ability to make the experience stressless for both Fran and I - and the two boys - was a massive influence on the way we all adapted to "life on the road"! The boys particularly were put at ease - largely due to the way that you both "made time" for them whilst Fran and I loaded and unloaded our belongings at the start and end of the hire period! It was a massive help to Fran and I at a time when it would have been very easy for them to have become restless, thereby raising stress levels all round.
The Ford Hymer Motorhome was absolutely superb - in every way - and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in it! I have attached a couple of photos of it; one parked up at Swallow Falls in Betws-y-Coed, and the other at the Campsite in Barmouth.
We would class our overall experience (on a scale of 1 to 10) at 10 out of 10 - and we would love to "do it again sometime" - and, if we do, we wouldn't hesitate to give you a call. We would hope that you would welcome us back at any time - subject to you having availability of course.

Dear Stephanie,
I just wanted to contact you regarding the booking that I made for a weekend motorhome hire for my parents back in April.
We were uncertain of the dates and as a result did have to make a couple of last minute changes.
