Fendt is a highly regarded German manufacturer, who produce high quality luxury motorhomes, the K500 being appointed with every necessary extra. The K500 is an all year round luxury apartment on wheels, being fully winterised and highly specified.
The vehicle is based on the latest Ford 2.2 TDCI which includes cab air-conditioning, driver and passenger airbags, cab insulated blinds, cruise control, electric mirrors and windows, power steering, a 6 speed gearbox and a top quality radio/CD all of which gives it a car like feel.
The sleeping arrangements are;
- 2 x large single fixed beds to the rear which by using the infill mattress provided, can become a King size double.
- An occasional 3rd bed can be made-up from the lounge seating.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, oven and grill, a large fridge with full width freezer and a stainless steel sink.
The bathroom is compact but luxurious, boasting a circular shower enclosure with full skylight, wash hand basin and electric flush toilet.
The lounge has five seats with driver and passenger seat swivels, so plenty of room for 2 or 3 to spread out or dine.
The motorhome also has a factory fitted bike rack, a flat screen freeview TV/DVD, a panoramic roof light and several other roof vents, a large rear garage, his ‘n hers wardrobes and plenty of storage lockers. |
